I have been in the photographic field for more than 40 years already, at first as a passionate amateur and now as an equally passionate professional.
Self-taught but supported by several international photographers by trade with whom I had the pleasure of working with, I learned a lot from them.

There are two different types of photography, capturing an image or creating an image and it is in the second that I consider the ART of photography. By creating a photograph it's not necessarily what you see but what you'd like to see and that's the difference. Nearly everyone can take a picture but few can create a picture.

I like to capture the colors of the night, that type of photography became very early my favorite niche. Born in New Brunswick, of purely Acadian origin, I now live in Lévis on the South Bank of the St. Lawrence River, on the outskirts of Quebec City.

My passion for photography goes back to my teens, and since then I have had the privilege of traveling to more than 20 countries with my cameras and tripods to capture the beauties in these more or less distant places. I have a soft spot for churches, these magnificent castles of religion.

I am a strong advocate of copyrights for photographers and just because a photo is found on social media doesn't mean that copyright should not be respected.

Photography is an art form like many others and must have to be recognized as such.
